P., LLC. our insurance coverage is such that transportation is ‘ Hired/ Non- Owned’ this means that you are not allowed to operate client’s equipment, owned, leased or otherwise. Client’s will be required to have a signed waiver allowing you to drive, signed by an officer of their company on file with our automobile liability provider. You are covered up to $500,000.00 while being transported. Our mutual goal has to be, work safely in a drug free environment. It is your responsibility to report and record any unsafe work practices to the client’s designated representative, as directed by the owners safety committee. To enable us to maintain our safety records, you will be responsible for reflecting safety situations on your timesheets. Safety training as a proactive service we regularly we will provide safety films and information. |
First Report of accident is your responsibility, Call us immediately for help with claim reporting. Call the numbers listed in this guideline/ handbook as soon as feasibly possible. We will provide medical aid, file any paperwork as the management company representing you. We will record and maintain all required OSHA 200 logs and postings mandated by law. T.R.P., LLC provides employer funding to Workers Compensation Insurance Supplemental Policy, the mandatory Federal Unemployment Tax, Medicare and Social Security. If you claim independent contractor status, a Federal Tax Identification number is required to file a vendor 1099 form each fiscal year as well as YOUR current Insurance Certificate. Your current Basic Safety Course is Your responsibility and a requirement for working in the Energy Industry. Status of Independent Contractor as defined by the National Labor Relations Act/ Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 as Amended 29.U.S.C. & 152(3) distinguishes employees and independent contractors under common law and FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act).
