TRP is currently looking for Millwright Mechanics with experience working on reciprocating gas engines, reciprocating compressors and rotating equipment.

- Combination wrenches 3/8" through 1-1/4"
- ½" Drive Sockets 3/8" through 1-1/4"
- ½" Drive Ratchet
- ½" Extensions 1-3", 1-6", 1-12" and universal joint
- Crescent Wrench - 8", 10" or 12"
- Standard Channel Locks - #430 2" Jaw
- Gasket Scraper
- Hammer - 1lb ball peen
- Pliers -- (1) needle nose (1) diagonal cutters (1) tin snips
- Screwdrivers - flat tip and Phillips
- (2) chisels, (2) punches and (1) Heel bar
- 6" Wet Stone
- Hacksaw and extra blades
- Flashlight and batteries
- Inspection mirror
- Magnetic Pick Up Tool or Fingers
- Set of Allen Wrenches 1/16" through 3/8" by 1/32"
- Feeler Gauges set of each - 4" and 12"
- Set of 8" Dividers
- Quality Tape Measure at least 12’
- Pipe Wrench - small 10" - 14"
- 0" to 1" micrometer or 6" dial calipers
These items should also be brought with you every job: (1) Driver's License (with photo, also make sure it's not expired) (2) valid Social Security Card (3) ALL your safety council cards and/or site cards (4) Dark blue NOMEX and white hard hat. (No past employer's name on them). (5) Steel toe boots or shoes. (6) One pair of safety glasses. (7) Bring above-mentioned tools, client leadman has the right to inspect all tool bag before leaving a job site. Remember if you're flying, 50 pound limit on all bags.
All employees are expected to be clean-shaven and ready to work safely. Everyone is expected to show up on time daily and work your entire shift. If you are not going to show up to a job site on time, please contact your leadman and the client coordinators ASAP, no exceptions. Employees are assigned to a job until it is fully COMPLETED and/or released by your leadman.
Mechanics, your point of contact is always your client leadman, please follow the proper chain of command at all times. If you don't know something ask your leadman, there are no dumb questions. Always communicate with those working around you; NEVER ASSUME someone else knows your intentions.
