TRP is seeking proficient in all phases of valve repair / restoration to all of the major manufacturers of Safety valve testing and repair (Consolidated, Crosby, Farris, AndersonGreenwood as well as Conbraco, Frick, TXT, Sage, Edwards and others ), ability to operate manual lathes for close tolerance machining of nozzles, discs, disc holders and flanges.
Willing to travel to perform in-line field repair, ability to operate in-line machining equipment ( nozzle cutters, ShortCuts, etc.) and work with on-line testing equipment.
Experience in the repair of manual/block valves as well as some control valve repair general millwright / mechanic duties, hand tools up to 1 1/4" sockets less than 50 pounds for airline travel, Hard hat, Steel Toed boots leather uppers, Basic Safety card renewal date desired.
